Burkey Construction is pleased to announce the completion of our Mercedes dealership project with Tom Masano Auto Group. This stunning addition and renovation saw a complete transformation of the existing showroom and service area, including all new windows, floors and ceilings, interior finishes, and updated bathrooms. To comply with the organization’s Corporate Identity Guidelines, the existing showroom was expanded upon and an indoor new car delivery area was added to the dealership.
Outside, the building’s exterior was updated and the site heavily landscape to camouflage the utilitarian manufacturing structures.
All heating for the added portions of the facility utilizes recycled vehicle waste oil. Additional sustainable elements are peppered throughout the project, including expansive amounts of glass to utilize sunlight instead of electricity and energy-efficient LED facility and site lighting.
