Ben Ross: Director of Preconstruction
Ben provides direction to Burkey's preconstruction services through his in-depth understanding of project budgeting, material costs trends, and constructability. His involvement begins at a project's inception, providing valuable input on the design process and budgeting practices. Ben's team-first mentality and qualities as a communicator, listener, and team builder give him a unique perspective on a project's earliest stages, allowing him to effectively manage a project's many moving pieces and lay the groundwork for success.
As all preconstruction services at Burkey are uniquely tailored to the specific needs of the client and project, Ben serves as the "hub" of information, organization, and decision-making, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools and resources to successfully move forward together.
A longtime Berks County resident, Ben has a genuine desire to make a positive impact in his local community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance, the Site Improvements Committee of the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, and is an active member of his church.
