Project Overview

Located on the site of an old ice cream factory, this apartment complex will feature 78 luxury units within driving distance of Philadelphia and other metropolitan areas. The entire complex is designed to be "walkable" to fit in with the surrounding structures on Main Street.

The ground floor will contain several high-exposure retail and office spaces, which will include a historic look, high visibility, and timeless signage. Residents of the future units will have access to ample on-site parking and shops, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance.

Construction is currently ongoing, with an anticipated completion date in Fall 2025.
