365 Health Office Fit-Out

Project Overview

The Greater Berks Development Fund, a long-term client, brought Burkey to the table to complete a fit-out of a previously empty office for a new tenant, 365 Health. This fast-paced project had a hard deadline, as the tenant wanted to be in the finished space by a specific date.

The completed facility consists of four enclosed, glass-front offices, an open cubicle and collaboration space, and a kitchenette. The open office area utilizes a demountable partition system.

Work was also completed outside of the tenant space, including updates and repairs to the vestibule at the office's entrance.
