Penske Truck Leasing Facility – Linden

Project Overview

Constructed for one of Burkey’s oldest clients, this mixed-use new build includes six service bays with a mezzanine space, wash bay, and office space for Penske employees. Throughout construction, Burkey’s project team had to coordinate with ongoing truck rentals, which began on-site after the initial land development work was completed. The new facility also includes multiple employee support spaces, including two locker rooms.
