Penske Truck Leasing Facility – Cranbury

Project Overview

Constructed for one of Burkey's oldest clients, this leasing facility features 10 service stations, five drive-thru bays, and an automated wash bay. The 23,000 square-foot structure is situated on 13 acres of land, featuring a combination of conventional steel construction and a pre-engineered steel building, and provides truck leasing, rentals, and fleet maintenance to Penske customers.

Initially set to begin in the spring of 2020, this project's schedule had to be heavily altered due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the delays, Burkey's project team maintained constant communication with subcontractors and suppliers to combat material cost escalation and manpower shortages that arose during this time period.
