Project Overview
This project spanned across Fox Berkshire's entire facility, with renovations to the lobby, office, concession stands, storage areas, and two of the auditoriums taking place across multiple phases. Extensive sitework also occured - the parking lot was refinished, and a small outdoor seating area was created for patrons to enjoy.
The two largest auditoriums received complete overhauls, with new reclining seating taking the place of the existing upright chairs. To accomplish this, selective demolition was done, including partial removal and replacement of the existing concrete risers, new flooring, and updated finish features. All work was carefully coordinated with the owner and revolved around the theater's showing schedule, ensuring there would be minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
