Project Overview

This 59-unit apartment building was constructed with the Tradereay joist system and prefabricated metal stud framed wall panels. The structure rests over a conventional steel-framed, ground-level parking garage with a lower-level entrance lobby.

Each luxury apartment features a wide array of amenities, including floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. Heating and cooling is provided by individual, energy-efficient units.

The complex also features secure parking, a raised outdoor deck for entertaining, and a community gym.
