Project Overview

Over a 20-month construction period, Burkey conducted five additions to the existing high school, interior renovations, and site improvement work. With the exception of summer months, school remained in session throughout the duration of the project.

The largest addition, located at the front of the building, included a new main entrance, administrative offices, nursing exam rooms, and twelve classrooms across two floors. The remaining smaller additions consisted of a cafeteria expansion, eight new classrooms, storage areas, and related support facilities. Two sciences labs and a home economics suite completed the contracted work.

The refreshed facade included punch windows, glass curtain walls, and resin-based Trespa exterior panels. Several classrooms, including the existing shop rooms and an interior courtyard space, received full updates.
