KNK Manufacturing Facility

Project Overview

To support their growing business needs due to the COVID-19 pandemic, KNK Medical Dental Specialties needed a new facility with ample space. This pre-engineered manufacturing space, a design-build effort done in collaboration with Nucor, contains 87,000 square feet of warehousing space and 3,000 square feet of offices.

The owner wanted this facility to have a more elevated look than most warehouses. To accomplish this, Burkey installed owner-provided panels on the facility's exterior and floor-to-ceiling storefront windows in the office section. The building also features a unique red roof.
