Project Overview
SG America, a branch of a global manufacturing family of companies, brought Burkey on to construct a new design-build manufacturing facility to support their operational needs. The building features a mixture of office and warehouse space.
Construction on the 52,000 square-foot facility began after several months of extensive sitework due to rocky conditions. The warehouse section of the building contains a mezzanine and crane rails that run the length of the building to increase productivity within the manufacturing space.
Through extensive collaboration with the owner, design team, and subcontractors, this project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
