Project Overview

This stunning renovation was a complete transformation of the existing showroom and service area to include all new windows, floors, paint, ceilings, and bathroom upgrades. Mercedes Benz required appropriate updates to the building to comply with their Corporate Identity Guidelines, including an expanded showroom, indoor service write-up, and an indoor new car delivery area.

The exterior was refurbished and the site was heavily landscaped to beautify the building and hide the utilitarian manufacturing structures, and the south building is designed for cross ventilation through the facility from west to east.

All heating for the new building uses recycled vehicle waste oil. All building and site lighting was updated to energy-saving LED technology. Full glass exterior walls were added to the new addition and all new glass was installed in the service area to maximize sunlight.

The overall aura of the new Masano Mercedes Benz building is refined, sleek, and modern.
